Playing The Victim

It can come in like a virus and it can entertain you e.g. you offering your energy to your negative thoughts all day, why do that to yourself? Feeling sorry for yourself and using self-pity will not help you at all in the long term it will just make things a lot worse because as time goes on, you take less responsibility for your inactivity and start thinking yourself as a victim.

Doctors estimate that seventy to eighty percent of their business is is non-health related. The victim compels others to come to its rescue or to behave as they wish by holding them hostage to a further illness/ meltdown/ mental dissolution or simple threatening to make their lives so miserable you do what you want with no consideration of others feelings.

Even if you failed at college, dropped out or got sacked from your job etc you learned something from the experience and most importantly you got feedback for the next time. Instead of being passive take action instead of sitting on the sideline you will feel more empowered instead of playing the victim and just being plain old lazy grow a pair whining will get you nowhere in life. It will also help next time when the same circumstances appear you can move forward to create action and make a win-win situation.
