I would like start with a quote from Theodore Roosevelt which really articulates the struggle for each of us to strive to become better human beings.
“It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly; who errs, who comes short again and again, because there is no effort without error and shortcoming; but who does actually strive to do the deeds; who knows great enthusiasms, the great devotions; who spends himself in a worthy cause; who at the best knows in the end the triumph of high achievement, and who at the worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat.”
Even though you may not have the slightest idea of what you are doing and going to do next.
You must feel clear,calm, unconfused and especially unburdened.
Some people have a mission and a life’s purpose others don’t. It’s just how it goes I know this because I have friends, brothers and a sister on different paths. Some have clear goals and a purpose or drive to succeed and accomplish great things.
Since they were little they wanted to be this or that while myself is trying to figure out and unfold layers of my purpose, projects and mission in life.
If you have been in a similar position there is no easy process and there is no need to rush.
However you are not getting any younger and time ponders no man.
Find a intermediary job to hold yourself over until your next layer of purpose makes itself clear. Read books, go to seminars and find mentors apply this knowledge and get good ideas into your mind so you have a clearer picture of your life’s destiny.
But in any case its important to open yourself to what vision you have next. The future depends on it.
You must stay open to your vision of a deeper purpose and not fill it with distractions. Don’t watch TV or play video games. Don’t drink alcohol every night with your mates and start dating a bunch of women who you don’t really care about and just lust for.
Whatever you decide you must simply act on it when impulses arise or that gut feeling about your willingness to change. The willingness to change for the better and that burning desire to move forward instead of resisting change.
Go into battle and into the arena for a worthy cause and have a end goal in mind so you can keep moving forward fearing not death but triumphant success.
Don’t wait for details and plan too much take action.
Learn by trial and error and failure, be optimistic and have mentors to guide you.
The universe is there to support and help you in your direction whatever that is.
Sometimes you have no idea whether you can make a living doing what you want but it feels right so you apply yourself fully to your worthy cause so don’t hold back on working hard no matter what others say you must believe in yourself first.
Strive for greatness, freedom, love and happiness.
